Pierce County Real Estate Outlook with Bill Riley
Bill Riley has been in Real Estate in Pierce County since 1977. Currently along with his wife and daughter Bill is involved in brokerage, property management, land development as well as new construction for rent and for sale. Bill is also involved in land use policy at the Local, State and Federal levels. Since 2007 he has been active with the Washington Association of REALTORS as a member volunteer within their Government Affairs Department and was the President of the Washington Association of REALTORS in 2010. Bill speaks to various groups on the economic, political and policy issues that impact the market and although not an economist; he uses practical knowledge and statistics to guide his business thru the ups and downs of the Pierce County real estate market.Local Transportation Projects Outlook with Council Member, Pat Hulcey
Councilmember Hulcey is a lifelong resident of Fife who is passionate about a number of community matters including:
Development of parks, open space, transportation and infrastructure plans
Long-range planning for economic, business and community growth
Productive relationships among federal, state, county, city and tribal entities
He has served on the Council since 2010 and supports local businesses and entrepreneurship, the expansion of youth programs and the concept of a walkable community. He also values resident involvement in city planning and a government that is proactive, accessible and transparent.
He also serves on the Washington State Freight Mobility Strategic Investment Board (FMSIB), a Governor appointed position.
