DESCRIPTION:Maria Tobin will introduce the FME Chamber to the South Sound Military Community Partnership (SSMCP). SSMCP was started to build beneficial relationships in Pierce and Thurston Counties with our neighbors at JBLM and has advocated successfully for transportation projects and to advance spousal employment opportunities for military families\, among many other things. By bridging the military and civilian communities through innovative and flexible partnerships\, the South Sound is recognized as a Great Defense Community and builds the best quality of life for our residents.  Did you know that JBLM has an annual statewide impact of $15.1 billion?\n\n\n\nWe invite you to continue to learn about our communities from our leaders at the Fife Milton Edgewood Chamber of Commerce Monthly Business Lunch. \n\n\n\nFind out all about the successes and challenges of our communities and be a part of the solution to make our community the best place to work\, live\, and raise a family. \n\nPlus! This month we'll continue our lunchtime tabletop expo. A limited number of spaces are available for you to showcase your business. $150 includes lunch for one\, advertising on the chamber website\, and the opportunity to speak with businesses and their representatives during the event.
